A website redesign to increase donor engagement and visitorship after struggling during the COVID 19 pandemic.
My Role
I worked alongside one other UX designer to facilitate qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies to understand user motivations and needs. I lead the UI and visual design aspects of the redesign.

Design Approach
We conducted an audit of the existing site through a card sorting activity, and tested our new designs using 5-second and A/B testing with a diverse user set. We also worked closely with the Conservancy to understand their business needs.
The updated information architecture and site map was created using Sketch, and the responsive UI updates were created using InVision.
